Conference FAQs
What is the cancellation policy?
A full refund, less a 5% non-refundable administrative fee will apply to cancellations before October 15, 2025. A 50% refund for cancellations after October 31, 2025 but before January 31, 2026. No refund for cancellations after February 1, 2026.

Are accommodations included in the registration costs?
Your conference registration costs covers 2-days of hands-on and course education. Hotel accommodations are separate. SEC has secured special rates with the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotels for conference attendees. Visit the Conference Venue page for more details.
Can I purchase videos of the event?
Videos of the event are available for conference attendees after the event. Contact the Sleep Education Consortium at info@sleepeducation.net for more information.
